Michael Winkelman is a scholar and teacher, specializing in early British literature and
New Humanist approaches to the verbal arts. He’s the author of two academic
monographs and several articles and reviews. Currently he’s writing a book in which he
seeks to utilize recent discoveries in the life sciences to illuminate Renaissance English
culture.
